Development Story of Envirobly and the Unexpected Pivot

Envirobly has been my three-year obsession: a control plane that wires into your AWS account to run services, databases and gateways with zero-downtime deploys and live observability. I launched it in October 2025 after iterating relentlessly—and then realized the story was only half told.

Update

When you leave your blog not-so-very-updated for some time you’ll start to notice some bad things. Traffic slowly declines and the more you don’t post the lazier you are to write something new. But I don’t want to talk about that.

More Than Fest 2006

Tomorrow I am leaving for More Than Fest at Ružiná, Slovakia. This will probably be the biggest metal meeting to date in this country. It will be crazy :) Maybe I will make some photos with my ultra great cell phone camera. I will be there for three nights, we will sleep in a tent. Hope the weather will not disappoint us.
